103 in 70 And Fake Licence

Question:

My Polish friend got caught speeding 103 mph on motorway. She has been summoned and is worried because she has a fake licence (Polish) and does not know what will happen to her?

Please advise?

She will be at risk of a ban I’m afraid. She should not show her fake licence at court otherwise she will be accused of trying to pervert the course of justice.

She will be at risk of 6-8 points for no insurance and no licence if the courts do not ban her for the speeding offence.
