3 more points!

Question:

I already have 3 points on my license, and the extra mandatory 3 points & £60 will disqualify me from driving. What do I do?

You wont get a ban but your entitlement to drive will be revoked and you will have to do a full retest if you take the ticket.

The only way to try and avoid it is to reject the ticket and try and defend the allegation or take the case to court and try and persuade the court to give you a short ban instead of the points. It isn’t guaranteed to succeed but if you would like my help giving it a go come back to me.
