The accident happened on the 1st august x, the weather was extremely wet due too torrential rain which started around 1pm the accident happened at 6pm causing a flood on the road which the accident happened on.
As there were cars parked on the other side of the road an approaching car coming from that side forced me to swerve a little causing my car to skid and due to the weather I feel the impact would have been different.
The witness statements from the other car have stated that the weather was dry and only started to rain soon after the accident happened. If I could prove the weather would I have good chance of fighting this case?
