We are going to Disneyland Paris and we have a family car of seven but we have a family of eight. Can we put our 4 year-old on our lap going from U.K to Disneyland Paris through Euro tunnel?

I’m afraid that whilst you are driving in the UK you could be at risk of an allegation of driving an overloaded car which carries 3 penalty points.

Sorry but it is a risk if the car is only designed for 7 and I do see the police prosecute these cases.
