I went to court for no insurance and they said if I prove that I need my licence for my job and my daughter I can keep it but how do I prove that to them?

The court have invited you to make an exceptional hardship argument. These arguments are not easy. Only 39% of them succeed.
You have to prove to the court that banning you from driving would cause you and those that rely on you exceptional hardship.
What do you do for a living, do you need to be able to drive? Tell me more.
What went wrong with your insurance in the first place? You may have a special reasons argument to avoid the points and therefore the ban.
