Failing To Name The Driver – I Didn’t Get The Request

I never received letters of speeding offence there for could not give information, Maybe post strike might have caused it

If you didn’t receive the request for information in the first place then you have a statutory defence to the allegation.

I assume you have got a court summons through? What’s the hearing date? I am very good at getting these matters withdrawn without the need for a trial.
