Getting Off!

Question:

We were stopped by police at 1am in x on way back from wedding, hand held device. wide road, no traffic didn’t know area as live in x. Any chance of getting off? Have to produce my driving licence within 7 days in local police station.

The only way to get off is to defend the allegation if you do not accept that you were speeding. If you accept that you were speeding you will be convicted so you would be better off taking the fixed penalty ticket.

Have you got any points already? What was the limit for the road and the speed alleged? Do you accept it?
