Driving without insurance
I’m a newly qualified driver, I was stopped by the police and they run a check and said I had no insurance, therefore this resulted me in getting six points and a fine for driving with out insurance.
However I am 100% certain that my insurance was due to finish the following day of getting stopped. How would I go about disputing my case. Do I write to the courts, insurers?
Please help me ASAP.
Many thanks
I’m afraid that you are at risk of having your licence revoked on the basis that you will get 6-8 points for this offence if convicted.
If it was an oversight on your part then I’m afraid that you will not be able to avoid the points and therefore the revocation.
The only way to avoid losing your licence would be if we try and persuade the court to give you a very short ban instead of the points.
Would you like my help with this matter? I help over 90% of my new driver clients avoid revocation and I will be happy to assist further.
