New Driver – No Insurance Offence

No insurance

I was caught with no insurance and got six points. I am a new driver. Will I lose my licence?

Do you mean that you are a new driver and that you are still in the first two years after passing your test? If so you will lose your licence if you take the 6 penalty points for driving without insurance.

Can you tell me why you did not have insurance?

What went wrong with it? I maybe able to help you avoid the penalty points in the first place.
