New Driver Licence Revocation

Question:

My son passed his test 9th April x, he has 3 points on his licence and has now been reported for the above. His court case is due very soon. If the case is heard after his two years driving and he gets 3 more points will he be liable for a licence revocation and a re test.

Yes he will be I’m afraid. If the date of the offence is within the two year period then his licence will be revoked. the only alternative is if he can persuade the court to give him a short discretionary ban.
