Penalty Point Ban?

Question:

I received 6 points for no insurance. Riding mini dirt bike off road. Was punished for a motoring offence when it isn’t possible to hold insurance for a dirt bike off road.

Am due to receive more points for different offence but this will lead to driving ban because of the points already received for dirt bike. Can you help? Thanks

I can help you with this matter. We wont be able to argue about points that have already been imposed if the court proceedings were more than 21 days ago or if you took a fixed penalty ticket.

If you are facing 6 points for the new offences then we would have to argue exceptional hardship to try and avoid the ban. I have a 91% success rate with these arguments – the national success rate is only 39% when people go it alone.
