What Sentence Will I Get?

Question:

My company van was caught doing 45mph in a 30mph zone by a manual detection device. I am unsure if I was driving as I have only just got the letter.

Letter issued 20/05/x got the letter 02/06/x. How many points and fine will this have and will I be able just to pay a fine as a sentence?

You will get 3 points and a £60 fine if you admit being the driver and take the fixed penalty. Have you got any points already? Are you a new driver?

If you don’t name the driver you will be at risk of 6 points and a hefty fine.

Ask for the photo evidence if you are still not sure and come back to me if you are summonsed for failing to name the driver.
