Single Mum At University – 12 Points

Question:

Hello, please can you help me. I have just clocked up 12 points on my licence and really need to keep it. I am a single parent who is returning to university in September, and I also care for a friend who is disabled part time.

I am currently out of work and losing my licence will limit my scope for work. Thank you

It sounds as though you will have a good argument but it will need to be handled with care as only 39% of these argument succeed according to the MOJ figures.
