Speed Trap Warning Signs

Is it a legal requirement to the authorities to put warning signs for speed camera’s ahead?

No I’m afraid it’s not a legal requirement. There are guidelines that suggest that the police should put out warning signs but if you take the matter to court it will come down to whether or not the police can prove the speed alleged and whether or not you can cast a doubt on that issue.

There has to be speed limit signs in place.
