Speeding – Gas Can Jammed Under The Brake Pedal!

Question:

I was speeding, doing 54 in a 60 zone in HGV had a gas can jammed under the brake pedal going down hill can cameras tell the difference between cars and trucks ?

Louise says:

The cameras cannot tell the difference but the camera operators can.

The can issue might help but you would have to take it to court and the court may feel that you were driving the van in a dangerous condition having a can rolling around under the seat.
