Speeding endorsement

I have just received a notice of intended prosecution for doing 52 mph in a 40 zone.

I have 6 current points on my licence. How can your firm help and what would be the costs?

Do you accept the speeding offence alleged? If so then you should name yourself as the driver (if it was you driving at the time).

The speed is relatively low so you will get a fixed penalty of 3 points and a £60 fine.

If you don’t accept the speed alleged or that it was you driving come back to me.

You will have to be very careful from now on because if you get another 3 points you will be at risk of a totting ban for 6 months – come back to me if anything else happens before some of the penalty points drop off.

I don’t think you need our services this time unless you deny the matter – in which case come back to me.
