Speeding On A Provisional Licence

Question:

Speeding offence

I got caught by a camera speeding, I do not own the car but was nominated as it was me driving. I have received a conditional offer and am sending my provisional licence to be endorsed and the £60 fine. As I do not hold a full licence, will this be taken any further or will I just get the points?

The police will probably just endorse the points and that will be the end of the matter. However they may look at the photos to check that you were supervised and that you had L plates on the car – but I doubt it you should be okay.
