Undertaking?

Question:

When following a car that had overtaken a lorry he failed to return to the correct side of the road. I did return to the left lane. The car ahead then braked so violently whilst on the wrong side of the road my momentum carried me past the car that was driving on the wrong side of the road.

I have now been reported for the offence of undertaking a car and not allowing it back to the correct side of the road. Not true. What next?

Can you scan me a copy of the officers statement or any witness statements that were attached to the summons. I will then be able to give you my view on the strength of the evidence.

It is obviously being suggested that you were driving aggressively and that you were undertaking because you were impatient.
