Wrong Date

Accused of using a mobile whilst driving. Tomorrow’s date has been put on ticket were do I stand legally?

If you reject the ticket and take it to court the officer will attend and correct his mistake. If the court accept it was just a mistake and that you were using a phone whilst driving then you will get convicted and still get the 3 points. You will get higher fines and court costs.

The only sound basis on which to reject a ticket is if you don’t accept the alleged offence. Do you accept that you were using a phone whilst driving? If yes, take the ticket!
