I heard today that no charges will be brought against me. I wanted to thank you for your initial advice which encouraged me to defend myself and your advice how to proceed. Thanks for keeping me posted at all times with progress. I can't thank you enough, this decision is a huge decision off my shoulders.
Jason Rosser was our progression officer and from start to finish we were kept informed by emails and phone calls. He was kind and very helpful. With his help our daughters case was dropped by the CPS and we cannot thank him enough. Even when Jason was on annual leave Ian took over and was in contact with us for the week, there was always someone there you could speak to. We highly recommend this company if you are in need of help with a driving offence. I am really sorry for bombarding you with emails and phone calls when you were on top of things but you have to know that from our end things are different. I have never been taken to court and was nervous and panicky. You must advise so many people that I doubt you remember me, but I just wanted to email to let you know that after speaking with you several months ago I represented myself at my disqualification hearing and came away with a reduced three month ban. I wanted to thank you, as it was speaking with you that gave me the confidence and motivation to appeal the ban. I'm really grateful for the time you spent listening to my concerns, and the advice you gave me.

I would like to thank Karen recently for putting my mind a little more at rest with regards to a second minor speeding offence … More I have yet to face. On top of a disqualification that I already have, I was dreading another court case and its such a relief that I don't have to go to court again. (Though I've yet to hear back)This phone service is invaluable as there is nothing available to help people like us. Was sceptical about getting any decent advice for free but how wrong was I. Logged the call with the call desk and within a couple of hours got a call back from Karen who was massively helpful and managed to put my mind at ease and gave me some great advice. Since it was free advise and I didn't anticipate them spending more time on it, I was honestly surprised when I received two more replies from Hilary to address all of my questions and concerns! By heeding the guidance, I was able to lessen the total fine. I really appreciate your advice, and if anyone I know is having any problems with their motor vehicle, I will suggest Patterson. I called up for advice about a traffic offence (for someone I know) and whilst I did have to wait for a call back it was … More so worth it! It was also completely free, and at the end of the phone call I did ask why they can afford to help for free and they explained that of course sometimes they would offer their paid services but in my situation it would only be costly and the same outcome. However, after speaking to them I now know that if after I proceed with what I am doing, if I then require to appeal the courts decision I would definitely choose this company to help assist, as they clearly know what they are doing and even sent me appropriate details of the prosecuting bands/guidelines the courts will base their verdict upon. FYI my call was in reference to a speeding offence which was paid but no details sent off resulting in a sjpn notice.Note I did also call other companies and did a lot of research, but I feel very confident in the advice I was given by this company. It’s also rare to get anything for free nowadays so really appreciate this companies time and resources

Expected to lose my license after a traffic offence which would have massively impacted my work. After working with Ibrahim … More and following his advice on the matter the court agreed to my barrister's plea and the way the case was presented ended with a warning and me keeping my license! Very pleased with service, can highly recommend!
