I just wanted to pass on my thanks, firstly to you for you initial advice and guidance and secondly I wanted to pass on my gratitude and compliments to one of your team, Hannah Reynolds. I have only enormously positive things to say about her conduct throughout what was a fairly stressful situation. Hannah was almost always available on the phone, if she wasn't, she rang back the same day. Her knowledge of my case was faultless from start to finish. Communication was top class. I only ever felt she was striving hard to get a favourable result for me, and in fact got very close to getting the case dropped altogether. At every stage of my 6month case she was meticulous with her preparation and delivery of information to me, the Police and the Courts. On the day of the hearing everything ran exactly as she said it would do. All in all Hannah excelled at every stage. First class. The Barrister who represented me, Mr Geoffrey Dunn (I think!!) was also very efficient. He somehow pushed my case to the front of the queue on the morning of the hearing, had the matter dealt with promptly and carried himself well in front of the dragons behind the desks! This was a particularly valuable move as it meant I could go out to work that day and earn the money to pay the fine off that day, something I couldn't have done if I'd have been sat waiting around for hours. The result in Court was as good as I could've realistically hoped for and was no doubt achieved by a combination of both Hannah's and Geoffrey's tenacity and diligence.
It was all dealt with very professionally and I felt in good hands throughout.
A big thank you to you and Patterson Law for representing me. The barrister appointed to me was very good and ensured penalty that was on par with expectations. Your firm has been amazing from day 1.

Prior … More to my Court date Jonathan Guscott was extremely helpful in giving me advice and direction as to how to best prepare for my hearing and what things would be helpful to take with me.At the hearing itself I was represented by Daniella Adelowoye whom Patterson Law instructed on my behalf. Daniella was excellent giving me ample time to go through matters with her before my time in the Court and also made me feel comfortable about the process in Court and what to expect. She understood my case superbly, as did Jonathon, and I found her extremely knowledgeable and I felt very reassured having her with me at Court. His communication was outstanding most emails being answered in 48 hours and voicemails and messages responded to on the day. He also and would inform me when I wouldn’t hear from him as there are periods of waiting in cases like mine, he also was very honest from the outset of what to expect and what outcomes I should be prepared for. Once I had paid my initial fee I panicked as I read some of the negative reviews here, however Jon shared with me his personal reviews (Positive & Negative) and also asked if he wasn’t successful at getting me off my 6 month driving ban (Which Jon communicated was a possibility) would I write a negative review no matter the good service I received, I of course would.
